Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 22, 2026

ID Legacy Enterprise II LLC is committed to providing professional financial education, consumer credit education, business consulting, document support, funding-readiness assistance, and related advisory services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

01

Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation of services in writing using the contact information provided in their Client Services Agreement. Any cancellation rights provided by applicable federal or state law, including any applicable statutory cancellation period, will be honored.

02

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the services purchased, the work already performed, the terms of the applicable Client Services Agreement, and applicable law. If a client is entitled to a refund under applicable law or the Client Services Agreement, ID Legacy Enterprise II LLC will process the appropriate refund to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Payments are not automatically refundable merely because a client does not achieve a particular financial, credit, funding, business, or other desired outcome.

03

Services Already Performed

Where permitted by applicable law, amounts properly earned for services that have already been completed are generally non-refundable. Nothing in this policy permits ID Legacy Enterprise II LLC to charge or retain fees in a manner prohibited by applicable consumer-protection or credit-services laws.

04

No Guaranteed Results

ID Legacy Enterprise II LLC does not guarantee specific credit-score increases, deletion of particular credit-report items, financing or funding approval, specific business outcomes, or other financial results. Results vary based on each client's circumstances and factors outside ID Legacy Enterprise II LLC's control.

05

Billing or Service Concerns

Clients who believe they were charged incorrectly or have concerns regarding services are encouraged to contact ID Legacy Enterprise II LLC so the matter can be reviewed. Submitting a billing concern does not waive any rights available to a client under applicable law or through their card issuer or financial institution.

06

Client Agreements

Certain services may be governed by a separate written Client Services Agreement containing additional cancellation, payment, and refund provisions. If there is a conflict, provisions required by applicable law will control.
